The essentials.
What do the AI allowances include?
Monthly guidelines: Starter AI about 50–200, Business AI about 200–500 and Enterprise AI about 1,000–2,500 AI actions. The number depends on the function used. Usage is shown from 0–100% and resets on the first calendar day of each month. At 100%, AI features pause until the reset or a confirmed allowance increase. No automatic paid overages; failed requests are not counted.

Starter includes up to 3 users. Business and Enterprise user allowances are confirmed in the offer or at checkout. Additional AI allowances and the inventory module are quoted separately. Scope, prices and any VAT treatment follow the offer or order confirmation. Discount codes can be entered at checkout.
Term, cancellation and backups
The monthly figure describes the plan price. The contract period and billing follow the agreement. Cancellation requires 3 months’ notice before the end of the contract period. Automatic backups: Starter once a week, Business once a day, Enterprise twice a day. AI variants have the same schedule.
