Items & inventory: manage stock directly in CELVENO

The optional Items & Inventory module connects your existing CELVENO catalogue with storage locations, stock levels and QR labels.

Add items from the catalogue

Items from Services & Prices can be added to inventory individually or in bulk. New inventory items start with a stock level of 0; users record the actual opening balance. Existing inventory items and stock levels remain unchanged.

In the warehouse and on the go

Pipes, racks, panels, materials and other items can be managed by storage location and minimum stock level. Goods receipts, withdrawals, loans and returns can be recorded with the time and user. QR codes can be opened with a smartphone or scanned in CELVENO.

Labels and alerts

QR labels can be generated as a PDF for individual items, selected items or all active items, in different sizes, and printed using your system's print function. Low stock levels trigger internal alerts.

The module must be enabled for each company; user permissions control access. Offline transactions, direct printer integration and email/push alerts are not promised.

Allocating material consumption to finalised quotes will only be announced as available once backend availability has been confirmed.
