Find and manage stock items using QR codes

Find materials, record movements and keep track of stock, including when away from your desk. The optional module requires company activation and appropriate user permissions.

• Reuse catalogue items individually or in bulk. New inventory items start at zero stock; existing stock is retained.
• Maintain location, unit, quantity and minimum stock; search and filter items.
• Scan stable item QR codes on mobile to open the item directly. Keyboard-wedge scanners and manual search are alternatives.
• Record receipts, consumption and permanent withdrawals, lend items and record full or partial returns.
• Distinguish available from loaned quantities and review movement history.
• Identify low stock in the reorder view and review internal minimum-stock notices.
• Export QR labels in multiple sizes and custom formats as PDFs for label printers or A4 paper.
• Record material consumption and loans from finalised quotes after confirming the quantities actually used.

Finalising a quote alone does not deduct materials. Pipes or screws may be consumed, while tools or frames may be loaned; labour and services create no stock movements. Inventory functions remain hidden without activation. Deactivation does not delete inventory history. Transactions require an internet connection; labels are printed from PDFs through the system print dialogue, without direct printer integration.
